Slight correction for the previous post. I had implied that Crooks were unoriginal, I stand corrected. I noticed one of the Medusa heads has lighting coming out on the side. Totally my bad, its not unoriginal, just weak.
Not Again

Ok, I get it. It’s the Medusa hard used by Versace, but with a bandit scarf covering the lower part of the face. It was hot fair about 3 years ago, but can’t you come up with something different?
Then again, kids will be clamoring for this completely unoriginal piece of garbage. These limited tees should allow Dennis to keep adding bacon, avocado, and extra cheese to just about everything he eats.
Crooks & Castles? More like Crooks, Castles, Hamburgers, Fries, and Ham Hock.

Visvim comes with some of the best outer wear around, but their shoes are vomit inducing. Every time I see a pair of FBTs I vomit in my mouth, every time Union sells a pair of Shamens an angels loses its wings. A bit harsh, but to me the shoes are an atrocity.
However, nothing irks me more then the Visvims blatant rip offs.
Let’s start with the Hockneys. To me, there are some shoes you just don’t fuck with. Redwing 875s for instance are proof positive that lumberjacks and little Japanese men can share the same taste in shoes. 875s are not to be altered, changed, augmented, just NO! The same goes for the classic Sperry Topsider boat shoes. You can borrow the design (which many have, from Ferragamo to Ralph Lauren), but you don’t fuck with the look. Apparently Hiroki Nakamura does not agree. He greenlit the awful Hockneys. The Hockneys are a monstrosity. The mid-soles look like crap. They don’t look like shoes you use for Yachting, or a stroll down the beach, they have made a mockery of a classic piece of footwear.
Now to the Keifers. Where do I begin? These are Chuch Taylor HIs, right? Am I missing something? These are $40 canvas hi-tops that sell for 4 hundy. What would possess Visvim to even consider putting a twist on this iconic pair of sneakers? Was there a segment of well-heeled men saying, “I really like Chuck Taylors, but I always wanted them with triangle cow print cut outs around the heel.”
Done with the rant. Enjoy the visuals.
